Spring (March to May)

Spring is one of the best times to visit Petra, as the weather is mild and pleasant. With temperatures ranging from 15°C to 25°C (59°F to 77°F), you can comfortably explore Petra without the extreme heat of summer. The landscape is lush and green, and you’ll witness colorful wildflowers blooming around the archaeological site. This is also a great time to avoid the crowds of the summer months.

Autumn (September to November)

Autumn is another fantastic season to visit Petra. The weather is still warm but more bearable than the scorching summer temperatures.
